Welkom by Drovers Rest, ons 16de eeuse organiese plaas naby Hay-on-Wye, Herefordshire. Ons het die korporatiewe wêreld van Londen in 2010 verlaat om ’n plaas te koop en ’n onderneming in die boendoes te begin, en ons is mal daaroor. Ons is Suid-Afrikaans en het ’n stukkie Afrika in die heuwels geskep. Nou is dit nie meer nodig om die lang reis na die vlaktes van die savanna aan te pak om op safari te gaan of om deftige verblyf in safaritente te beleef nie. Ons het dit alles hier.

 

Welcome to Drovers Rest, our 16th century organic farm, near Hay-on-Wye, Herefordshire. In 2010, we left the corporate world of London to buy a farm and start a business in the sticks, and we love it. We are South African and have created a touch of Africa in the hills. Now there’s no need to go all the way to the plains of the savannah to go on safari or to experience posh living in safari tents. We have it all here.
